As COVID-19 continues to have an impact around the world, it’s important for us to connect with you directly to communicate the precautionary measures we are taking at Altitec to protect the health and safety of both you and our employees.
We are continuously monitoring the development of the Coronavirus and have a well-established Business Continuity Plan in place to respond to such scenarios.
Our two key priorities in all the actions that we are taking are:

- To continue to deliver a great level of service to our customers.
At Altitec we are closely monitoring the evolving situation around COVID-19. Following the guidance of health authorities, local governments and the World Health Organization, we are implementing precautionary measures to ensure we can operate safely and responsibly.
Based on current guidance and our own standards and practices, we remain open for business. We will keep you informed, should anything change.
Delivery of Training
Altitec Academy has decided to postpone all trainings from now until the 02 May. This includes all our Altitec Academy training centres located in the UK, Australia and South Africa.
For postponed trainings, delegates will be able to transfer to re-planned training later in the year or to receive a full refund. We will be contacting all delegates who are booked onto any affected trainings, but if you have any queries please do contact us.
